Our sponge rubber profiles are available as round profiles, square profiles or half-round profiles, for example. All sponge rubber profiles are supplied with a normal, closed outer skin. Sponge rubber profiles have a closed-cell structure and therefore low water absorption. They are also available self-adhesive on one side and with thread reinforcement as expansion protection.

We normally supply EPDM grades in the colour black/grey. EPDM is an elastomer with excellent weather and ozone resistance. The temperature resistance is similar to that of chloroprene qualities. Its resistance to oil, grease and solvents is comparable to that of natural rubber.

The dimensions of the foam rubber profiles are specified without tolerances and are manufactured in accordance with DIN 3302-1 E3. The cross-sections of cellular rubber profiles are manufactured in accordance with DIN 3302-1 E3. This means you can rely on consistent quality. Our products are strictly aligned with the standards and requirements of the industry in order to guarantee you the highest quality and accuracy.

For applications with special requirements, such as oil resistance, weather or heat resistance, we offer profiles in special qualities. The specialised materials offer increased resistance.
